Estimate a ceiling or floor fan's cost per hour, night, month and year using an official regional benchmark or your electricity bill.

A 60 W fan used for 10 hours consumes 0.6 kWh. The cost is 0.6 × the per-kWh rate you select; with the EU-27 benchmark it is about €0.17.
Watts × hours ÷ 1,000 = kWh. kWh × your electricity price = cost. Appliance labels and your bill are more specific than any benchmark.
EU-27 and country choices use Eurostat, household band DC, 2nd half 2025, taxes included. The U.S. choice uses the EIA June 2026 national residential average. Benchmarks are dated; your bill overrides them.
